3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposited amount.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions
A bonus may be cancelled in the following situations:
- Attempting to claim a bonus from multiple accounts.
- Providing fake or false information.
- Bonus abuse behaviour is detected (e.g., attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets).
- A withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements have been met.
4.4 Other Promotional Offers
The VIP program, cashback, and other promotional offers each have their own terms. xx22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
VIP Program & Rewards Policy
The xx22 VIP program has five levels. You can advance to higher levels through regular gaming activity and earn weekly cashback benefits.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

- The account has been inactive for an extended period.

7.1 Member's Right to Close Account

7.2 Inactive Account Policy
